Pizza on horseback


I am on the point of eating fainá. Do they know what is? It is a plate done by means of flour of chick-peas, it waters down, olive oil, salt and pepper. Small thing and a lot of flavor. The plate is a native of Genoa (Italy). His name in Italian is farinata and fainá in Genoese dialect. And like account wikipedia, the Italian immigrants took his customs to the River Plate and between them was the fainá.
